Lakeside Shopping Center is closing as officials urge people to keep their distance from one another and avoid large public gatherings.
A statement on the mall's web site simply reads, "Lakeside Shopping Center is temporarily closed because of the Coronavirus COVID-19. This closure includes the Kids’ Castle play area."
It did not say when it expects to reopen.
Stores with exterior doors are still open as are restaurants for take out and curbside service.
