The SEC announced the extra conference opponents for its school's 10-game 2020 schedules Friday and LSU will now play Vanderbilt and Missouri.
Last week, the league announced that the programs would play a conference only schedule as a result of the Coronavirus. LSU already had eight SEC opponents including South Carolina, Florida and SEC West opponents Alabama, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, Texas A&M and Arkansas.
The Tigers will travel to Vanderbilt and host Missouri.
"We made every effort to create a schedule that is as competitive as possible and builds on the existing eight Conference games that had already been scheduled for 2020," SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey said in a news release. "This schedule is a one-year anomaly that we have developed under unique circumstances presented by the impact of COVID-19."
