LSU fans are planning an all-new trip to Atlanta for right after Christmas when the Fighting Tigers play in the semi-final round of the College Football Playoffs at the Peach Bowl.
There's no disappointment at all about planning another Atlanta trip.
"We're super-excited that they're doing well and that Tiger fans want to make the trip," says Ali Brooks with the LSU Alumni Association's Traveling Tigers. "Atlanta is so great because it's such an easy location for our fans to travel to."
Brooks says the game, coming at the end of Christmas week, means a lot of fans will spend extra time in the ATL.
"For the Peach Bowl specifically, they actually do host a few fan events a few days ahead of the event," she said. "Our fans can always request to extend their stay or begin their stay a little earlier."
