A Mandeville Man has been arrested for allegedly stealing an area High School's band instruments.
40-year-old Weylin Leon is accused of the theft at a local area high school. St. Tammany Parish deputies say a glass door leading to the school's band room had been shattered and 3 students' instruments were taken.
An investigating led to Leon who was already located in the St. Tammany Parish Jail, where he was being held after being booked on December 20 for an unrelated Contempt of Court charge. He was rearrested and booked on the following charges.
