More downpours expected Thursday afternoon but drier air could come next week.
WWLTV’s meteorologist Dave Nussbaum says, “Storms will not move much, so street flooding could be an issue if you get stuck under a downpour. They will also produce lightning and gusty winds.”
“This evening we'll have to monitor a complex of storms to our north. If they hold together or the outflow reaches the area closer to sunset, it's possible we could see some storms linger into this evening. Most models have these storms falling apart as they move into the area, but just a heads up if you plan to be out this evening,” said Nussbaum.
