Heavy rain continues for areas south of the lake, bringing the possibility of flash flooding.
WWL-TV’s Dave Nussbaum says, “We will have more rain and storms today, but they will not be as widespread. However, the storms will still produce heavy rain and some gusty winds. The Storm Prediction Center has placed all of SE Louisiana in a Marginal Risk (Level 1 of 5) for severe weather. The main threat will be strong winds.”
