New Orleans Police are investigating after the discovery of a naked, dead woman found Friday afternoon.
Just before 1:00pm, a police officer found the body.
"The victim was found nude in the parking lot by a Sheriff Deputy," according to a police report.
The body was in the 700 block of S. Rendon Street, a block from Tulane Avenue and Jefferson Davis Parkway.
"The victim was pronounced on scene."
Police say it is an "unclassified death" as the investigation continues.
