New rankings put New Orleans in the top three for metro areas with one million or more residents. "New Orleans has been voted the #3 best big city," Greater New Orleans, Inc. President & CEO Michael Hecht said in a news release.
The rankings come from more than 400,000 readers of Conde Nast magazine.
