St. John the Baptist Parish Sheriff Mike Tregre says an arrest has been made in connection with the death of two Reserve cousins.
Tregre says 25-year-old Theron Williams of New Orleans has been charged with two counts of second-degree murder.
Williams is being held in St. John.
Tregre identified the murdered the cousins as 18-year-old Kerell Tyrez Sanders and 20-year-old Kyron Perrilloux, 20, both of Reserve.
The victims' car was found crashed into a ditch at West Airline Highway and East 22nd Street.
Tregre says surveillance footage showed a car, believed to have been driven by Williams following them.
According to Tregre, the cousins were "hunted down."
