N.O. police investigate a Central City quadruple shooting

Police in New Orleans investigate a quadruple shooting in Central City.

NOPD says about 8:30 p.m. officers responded to reports of a shooting in the 1500 block of Freret Street. When they arrived, they found multiple people hit by gunfire.

An NOPD report says, “One juvenile male sustained a graze wound to the ankle, one adult male sustained a graze wound to the head, one adult male sustained a gunshot wound to the abdomen, and one adult female sustained a gunshot wound to the foot. All four victims were transported to the hospital by EMS, where they are currently listed in stable condition.”
