New Orleans police are investigating a shooting that happened on Interstate 10 near the Louisa exit this morning.
A police report says about 4:39 a.m., two adult male victims were traveling on the interstate when they reportedly heard a noise. They exited at Louisa Street, at which time they discovered one of the victims had been shot. The victim was transported to a local hospital via EMS. The other male victim was not injured. The incident was confirmed by NOPD at 6:18 a.m.
