New Orleans Police homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in the 6400 block of the I-10 Service Road in New Orleans East.
Police say shortly after 3:00 p.m. Sunday, officers were sent to investigate a call of a shooting in that location.
"Upon arrival, officers discovered an adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. ," said police in a statement. "The victim was transported to a local hospital where he later died."
