New Orleans Police homicide detectives are investigating a fatal shooting in the 1400 block of Alabo Street.
Police say shortly after 5:30 p.m. Tuesay, officers were sent to investigate a call of shots fired in that location.
"Upon arrival, responding officers discovered a male victim suffering from gunshot wounds," said police in a statement. "He was transported to a local hospital where he later died."
Police say two other people were shot at the time.
"A short time later two additional victims arrived at a local hospital in a private vehicle suffering from multiple gunshot wounds."
