New Orleans police search for two men believed to be involved in Friday’s shooting near the Hard Rock collapse site.
An NOPD report says “At around 10:40 a.m., the pictured male subjects were involved in a disturbance with three other unknown males in the 100 block of South Rampart Street. During the altercation, the pictured male subjects fired a handgun and ran away on Basin Street. Upon further investigation, it was discovered the male subjects fled the scene in the pictured vehicles.”
