The Saints are busy preparing for the 2019 season but many fans in New Orleans are still not over how 2018 ended for the Black and Gold.
A missed call in the NFC championship game helped end the Saints playoff run and frustrations were turned toward the NFL's commissioner Roger Goodell as fans were left unsatisfied with his response to the blown play.
With that in mind, Rock ’N’ Bowl will host a preseason Anti-Goodell Bowl this Sunday at 2 p.m.
“We thought we’d start the preseason off letting Goodell know that we haven’t forgotten,” Mr. Rock ’N’ Bowl John Blancher said.
The event will feature performances from Bag of Donuts, Dr Rock, Tin Star, Band Camp, Peyton Falgout Band, Al Scramuzza and Abdul D Tentmaker from 2 p.m. thought the end of the Saints preseason matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers which will be shown on the big screens inside the venue.
Admission is $12 and tickets can be purchased HERE.
