Louisiana U.S. Senator John Kennedy blasted the Democrats in Congress today for what he said was their constant attacks on President Donald Trump.
During an appearance this morning on WWL First News, the Republican said he is fed up with what he called a "sore-loser" attitude on Capitol Hill.
''The losing side doesn't want to accept the election and so they see it as their life mission to demonize the incumbent president, to obstruct him,'' Kennedy said.
Kennedy also addressed the abortion issue, hoping that as more states pass tough new laws, that the U.S. Supreme Court will review the historic Roe verses Wade decision.
''It's still a mess and I would support having the Supreme Court revisit the decision,'' Kennedy said.
Kennedy noted he has studied constitutional law for some 15 years and said that abortion is not in the U.S. Constitution.
