While we wait to hear from Jazz Fest officials on the replacement for the Rolling Stones, we are hearing from the band.
Festival officials say they will have details soon of what will happen after we learned this weekend that Stones' front man Mick Jagger is under medical orders to postpone their tour.
"We are sorry for any inconvenience this causes and thank you for your patience," Jazz Fest officials said in a news release.
Mick Jagger:
I’m so sorry to all our fans in America & Canada with tickets. I really hate letting you down like this.I’m devastated for having to postpone the tour but I will be working very hard to be back on stage as soon as I can. Once again, huge apologies to everyone.
