St. John Parish began to experience flooding from Tropical Storm Barry's storm surge early this morning.
At this time, streets in Frenier’s Landing are covered with water.
The surge waters can be seen approaching homes in the area
Neighbors are evacuating. Water is now over the boat ramp at the landing on Lake Pontchartrain.
