The man accused of running over and killing to cyclists and injuring several others on Esplanade Ave. earlier this month is asking a judge to reduce his bond.
A judge ordered Tashonty Toney held on $510,000 bond for the March 2 incident that killed 31-year-old David Hynes and 27-year-old Sharee Walls.
The judge is set to consider the request on Thursday.
