A man who barricaded himself in a home today walked out and surrendered this afternoon without incident.
New Orleans Police and the SWAT units were on the scene of an incident involving a barricaded subject inside a residence, located in the 1800 block of Benefit Street.
The subject was armed and had fired the gun.
The man will be booked accordingly.
