Things appeared to get heated pre-game in the Superdome before the Texas Longhorns and Georgia Bulldogs football teams took the field.
UGA X, the live bulldog mascot of the University of Georgia, was walking near the area where Bevo XV, the University of Texas live longhorn steer was being held prior to the game.
As photographers gathered around the bulldog, all 1,700 pounds of Bevo came crashing out of the enclosure and appeared to lower its horns toward the canine.
