Will you be returning any gifts in the days ahead?  The day after Christmas is a big day to head back to the malls. What do these folks we talked to say?

"No, I won't be returning gifts, because then you have to go to the store and fight the crowds," said this lady.  "If I do return something, I wouldn't tell the person who gave me the gift.  I'd just quietly do it.  I wouldn't want to hurt their feelings."

"On occasion, sometimes it's not something I really want, sometimes it's something I don't want at all," said this man.  He said he'd tell the person who gave him the gift.  "I did it this morning," he laughed.

"I have, I've exchanged them if the size isn't right," said this lady.  "But I wouldn't tell them, that's a secret."

"Yes, I've brought stuff back when it was the wrong thing, and got what I wanted," another person said.  And does she let the person know who gave her the gift?  "Yes, he knows," she laughed, looking at her husband.  "I have the gift receipt."

But this lady said she never returns gifts.

"I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings," she said.  "I can't do that."

More than 75 percent say they will return gifts this holiday season.
