The depression could become Tropical Storm Humberto this weekend, and possibly become Category One Hurricane Humberto next week. Its forecast predicts it will curve away from the U.S. east coast off Florida, and head east-northeast toward Bermuda.

September 13, 2019 The path does bring it near islands of the Bahamas that are still dealing with the aftermath of devastating Hurricane Dorian. Tropical storm warnings have been posted for the northwestern Bahamas, excluding Andros Island, and a tropical storm watch is in effect for the Florida coast from Jupiter Inlet to the Flagler-Volusia county line.
