Rain keep washing over Louisiana as Tropical Storm Olga spins toward the coast.

WWL TV Meteorologist Chris Franklin said, "Heavy rain is still our greatest threat. We've already since this afternoon seen anywhere from 3 to 5 inches of rain and an additional 1 to 3 is possible through the overnight."

He says the storm is moving quickly and landfall should be after midnight in south-central Louisiana.

"Maximum sustained winds are near 50 mph with higher gusts. Weakening is expected after the cyclone moves over land Saturday morning," according to the National Hurricane Center.
