Another local product has been selected in this year's NFL Draft
Former Tulane cornerback Donnie Lewis Jr. was taken by the Cleveland Browns in the seventh round with pick No. 221.

— Cleveland Browns (@Browns) April 27, 2019Lewis is a Baton Rouge native and graduate of Central High School. He recorded 56 tackles an three interceptions his senior season. He had six total interceptions in his college career.
The Browns continue to accumulate talent from southeast Louisiana. LSU cornerback Greedy Williams was taken by Cleveland in the second round, and wide receivers Jarvis Landry and Odell Beckham Jr. are also former LSU products.
