Two Louisiana contestants in the top 20 on American Idol

Jovin Webb is going to the live performances on American Idol.

The 29-year-old from Gonzales, Louisiana advanced to the top 20 on the show Sunday night.

The soulful singer belted out "You Are The Best Thing" by Ray LaMontagne in the Hawaii round to win his way to the next round.

Another Louisiana singer advanced too.

Faith Becnel, from Destrehan, also made it through.

The 20 year old sang "Ain't Nobody" by Chaka and Rufus Khan in Hawaii on the show that aired Sunday.
