Louisiana State Police say a man was killed this morning when his 2011 Nissan Altima went off the road and into a ditch and flipped over.
Police say 25-year-old Devante Turner was not wearing a seatbelt.
The accident happened just before 3 a.m. this morning.
Turner was traveling on LA 1 just north of the St. Johm Bridge.
Impairment is unknown as a factor in the crash; however, a standard toxicology report is pending through the Lafourche Parish Coroner’s Office.
