Wanna go to see VP Pence in Kenner?

The Republican Party of Louisiana and local GOP politicians are inviting supporters to a rally with Vice President Mike Pence.

"Join me, Vice President Mike Pence and fellow Louisiana Conservatives at the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center in Kenner to show your support for our Louisiana Republicans on the ballot," Senator Bill Cassidy said in an invitation. "Vice President Mike Pence is coming to Louisiana to strengthen our fight to flip the Governor's Mansion RED!"

The state GOP is calling it a voter turnout event to boost voter engagement on the last day of early voting.

"This event will be headlined by Vice President Mike Pence, who will be joined by Republican gubernatorial candidates Congressman Ralph Abraham and Businessman Eddie Rispone," The Republican Party of Louisiana said in a release.

The event starts at 1:00pm.

President Trump earlier tweeted support for both Republican candidates for governor.
