Our Monday morning is starting off cloudy and dreary.
"It will be a warmer and humid day today," said WWL-TV meteorologist Dave Nussbaum. "We will have spotty showers and storms develop with the heating of the day - mainly on the Northshore. This will be our last day for rain for awhile too."
Look for skies to clear this evening and staying muggy.
It should be dry and hot with summer-like temperatures in the low 90s from Tuesday through Friday, but the humidity won't quite as high.
Tropical Update: Invest 90L, a trough of low pressure, SW of Bermuda is forecast to become better organized and will develop into an area of low pressure in the next few days. It has a medium chance (60%) of development. It will move over Bermuda in a few days and then weaken. The U.S. will not be affected by this storm.
