One of the cranes at the Hard Rock Hotel collapse site has been removed.

Yesterday, workers used cutting torches to dismantle the construction crane which impaled N. Rampart Street when it was imploded to make way for the building's demolition.

Three other buildings near the collapse site will soon be demolished so that heavy cranes can be moved in and used to pick-apart the unstable, partially-collapsed Hard Rock building.

Plans are being worked out to dismantle the collapsed upper-floors and extract the two bodies of the workers still buried under the rubble.
