A young child has been injured after being hit by a car, according to WWL-TV.
The accident happened in the 7th Ward, near the intersection of North Claiborne and Kerlerec streets.
It occurred near a post-game Saints party under the I-10 overpass around 6:45 p.m and apparently happened while crossing the street with an adult.
