New Orleans Saints quarterback Teddy Bridgewater rides his bike to and from home games.
But after fans found out about his gameday commute, he might have a lot more company on those rides.
“I had no idea that it was a big deal, but if anyone wants to ride a bike with me, I am open to it,” Bridgewater said. “I enjoy my little ride to the stadium in front of the stadium and it has been a peaceful ride. I'm open to people riding with me though.”
Bridgewater has quickly become a fan favorite having gone 3-0 as a starter this season. Members of the Who Dat nation have let him know how much they appreciate the way he’s filled in for injured starter Drew Brees particularly in last Sunday’s win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers when Dome erupted into “Ted-dy!” chants several times.
