Drew Brees broke Peyton Manning’s career touchdown record in the third quarter of the Saints game against the Indianapolis Colts, when he completed his 540th touchdown pass.
Josh Hill was on the receiving end of the record setting score, which was a 5-yard completion that gave the Saints 27-0 lead with 7:08 to play in the quarter.
It was Brees' third touchdown pass of the game.
