Former Saints cornerback Eli Apple is set to join New Orleans' NFC South rival, the Carolina Panthers.
The Panthers announced via the team's official Twitter account that they'd signed the former first-round pick who spent the past two seasons in New Orleans.

May 28, 2020 Apple joined the Saints during the 2018 season after being traded from the New York Giants. He started 25 games and tallied 58 tackles, two interceptions and 13 pass breakups with New Orleans.
The former Ohio State Buckeye originally agreed to a deal with the Las Vegas Raiders earlier this offseason but that deal fell through.
