Former Saints guard Larry Warford to sit out 2020 season

Former Saints guard Larry Warford is planning to sit out the 2020 season according to a report from ESPN's Adam Schefter. 

Three-time Pro-Bowl guard, Larry Warford, who has received multiple offers, is opting out of the 2020 season, per source. Warford is looking to start a family and will continue to train and revisit playing in 2021.

The Saints cut Warford this offseason after the 6-foot-3, 317-pound lineman spent the past three years in New Orleans. Warford started 44 games for the Saints at right guard. 

Several players around tha NFL have opted out of playing the 2020 season due to the Covid-19 pandemic including two Saints backup tight ends, Cole Wick and Jason Vander Laan.
