The Pelicans matchup with the Kings has been postponed.
The NBA announced prior to tip off it was suspending its season until further notice.
The announcement came after the Utah Jazz's Rudy Gobert preliminarily tested positive for COVID-19, which led to the cancellation of Wednesday's game between the Jazz and Thunder.
New Orleans' game was postponed after both teams expressed concern that one of the officials referreed a Utah Jazz matchup earlier this week.
Players from both teams expressed concern to the league about playing the game with a referee that worked the Jazz game on Monday.Players are heading back to the bus now.
