The Orleans Saints moved to 5-1 after picking up a 13-6 win against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
Teddy Bridgewater threw for 240 yards and a touchdown in the win, but the Saints defense particularly stepped up holding the Jaguars to just 226 total yards while continue its now 32-game streak of not allowing a 100-yard rusher, limiting former LSU star running back Leonard Fournette to 72 yards on the ground.
Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan sacked Jacksonville quarterback Gardner Minshew II twice in the matchup and cornerback Marshon Lattimore logged an interception and three pass deflections.
The Saints offense was about benefited from two Will Lutz field goals and Bridgewater connected with tight end Jared Cook on a 4-yard touchdown pass.
