It’s almost game time…almost time to put up or shut up. The Cajun Cannon Bobby Hebert says winning the turnover battle will be a huge key for LSU, “I agree with Coach O; it’s crucial we win the turnover margin. I believe if LSU wins the turnover battle, they will win the game.”

LSU is +9 and Clemson is +16 for the season. In other words, both teams are good at protecting the football and taking it away.

LSU is favored by 5 ½ points, and the Cajun Cannon agrees with the spread. “That’s about right. I would give that up. I think LSU is going to win by 9 or 10 points.”

Is it going to be a nail-biter or comfortable win? “I don’t think it’s going to be over at halftime. This is going to be a fight to the end,” said Hebert.

LSU is shooting for their first national championship victory since 2007, when they beat Ohio State in the Superdome.
