The NFL’s 2nd season is upon us and there is no room for error now since a loss means it’s all over. A 13-3 record wasn’t good enough to earn the Saints a first round bye and now they get to host the Minnesota Vikings Sunday in the Wild Card round.

The Black & Gold’s first injury report of the week and of 2020 lists cornerback Eli Apple (ankle) along with fullback Zach Line (knee) as the two players who did not take part in Wednesday’s walk-thru. Wide receiver Michael Thomas was limited as the star wideout is dealing with a right hand injury he suffered against Tennessee. Thomas did play in the regular season finale in Carolina and finished with 4 catches on 9 targets for 37 yards.

Also limited, were safeties Vonn Bell (knee) & Marcus Williams (groin) along with running back Dwyane Washington (knee).

For the Vikings:

LB Eric Kendricks (quadriceps) did not practice

CB Mackensie Alexander (knee) did not practice

DE Stephen Weatherly (illness) did not practice

S Andrew Sendejo (illness) did not practice

DE Ifeadi Odenigbo (hamstring) limited
