Benjamin Watson is one of the most distinguished players in the NFL, lending his voice to off the field topics ranging from criminal justice reform to parenting.  We may be hearing from him next season as an NFL analyst according to the Sporting News.  They are reporting that ESPN is looking to land the soon to be retired tight end since he is “viewed as one of the most TV ready talents on the free agent market.”

Watson announced he was retiring after this season with the Saints following a 14-year career. He totaled 530 catches for 5,885 yards and 44 touchdowns playing for New England, Cleveland, Baltimore and New Orleans.
