January 17, 2020 The Lakers LeBron James and Giannis Antetokounmpo of the Bucks are team captains this year and will draft a roster from the pool of players in each conference. The lineups will be revealed on TNT in a NBA All-Star Draft special on Thursday, Feb. 6 at 6 p.m. The All-Star Game tips-off February 16 at the United Center in Chicago.
