The Pelicans have announced that Jrue Holiday has undergone surgery to fix a core muscle injury and that his timetable to return to basketball activities is approximately 6 weeks. That means the guard will miss the reminder of the Pels season which wraps up on April 6th.
Holiday has been out of the lineup since March 9th and the Pelicans have won just one game without him in that time. He averaged 21 points with 8 assets and 5 rebounds this season.
