The Saints were in need of some help on the defensive line and have signed Malcom Brown to a 3 year, $15 million deal. The 25 year old was drafted in the first round of the 2015 draft by the New England Patriots and has tallied 8.5 career sacks with 186 tackles. The defensive tackle has been durable since coming into the league having missed just 4 games in 4 seasons.

Good extension from Malcom Brown. Avoids getting swallowed by the double-team, digs in, and chokes off Gurley's cutback lane. Forces the back into the arms of Lawrence Guy. pic.twitter.com/1BjibQODkS
