There's a running back coming to visit the Saints stable. 28 year old Theo Riddick was released from the Detroit Lions and his first visit as a free agent is to New Orleans. The 2013 6th round draft pick totaled 171 yards on 40 carries in 2018, and hauled in 61 catches for 384 yards but no trips to the endzone. He has been utilized more as a receiver over his career and is the only RB in the NFL with at least 300 receiving yards in each of the past five seasons. Riddick has gained a total of 3,261 yards from scrimmage and scored 19 touchdowns in 84 games.

The Saints could be looking for more help at the position since Javorius Allen has not been seen the first two practices of camp.
