Kicker Wil Lutz was a restricted free agent and the Saints announced he has re-sgned with the team on a new 5 year deal.

He made 28-of-30 field goal attempts last year and was and 52-of-53 on extra point attempts. His 93.3 field goal percentage ranked fifth in the NFL and his extra point total was second. Lutz also broke Morten Anderson's franchise record of 26 consecutive field goal attempts in 2018. Another stellar stat for the 24 year old is that he boomed a career-high 64 touchbacks on kickoffs, which was third in the league.
