It certainly came as no surprise to me, at least, when Governor John Bel Edwards announced that Louisiana would remain in Phase 2 until at least August 7th. While not surprising, it was disappointing. The coronavirus continues to dictate how we live our lives, and you’d have to be insane to want this to continue.
