What’s that old saying about the light at the end of the tunnel? You’d better hope it’s not an oncoming train? After dealing with the coronavirus, I think a lot of restaurateurs feel as though they’ve been hit by a train.

Will customers come in? Will you have a staff to wait on them? What if you put a staff together and then someone tests positive and you have shut the place down? Will the customers come back the second time around?
