We don't like to give too many tips to people involved with Fired from America, but here's some free advice: If you're driving a vehicle you just STOLE, it's probably best NOT to call the police for help.

Well, 20-year-old Daniel Rizza of McKeesport, Pennsylvania did just that. He stole an Audi SUV this past Friday, and as he was driving away from the scene the vehicle lost gas. So rather than abandon the car, Rizza CALLED THE POLICE FOR HELP, saying that he was stranded.

To his credit, he did think of a brilliant strategy in order to avoid any questions from the law: he requested they NOT send an officer to his location for help, and to send someone else. Who that someone else was we do not know.

Rizza's request was not granted, however, and an officer met him at the site of the stranded vehicle. Upon a further check, the officer discovered the SUV was was reported missing earlier in the day, and Rizza was promptly arrested.

Rizza now faces a charge of one felony count of receiving stolen property.
