However, the scheduled block party has now been canceled due to renewed COVID concerns, according to a statement from the New Orleans Arts District.

Streets in the Warehouse District earmarked for the gathering will no longer be blocked off and there will be no vendors on the street, in accordance with guidance from Mayor LaToya Cantrell's office.
However, Leslie-Claire Spillman, president of the New Orleans Arts District Association, says participating galleries will still be open to the public.
The 2020 edition of the event was a month-long affair that featured digital auctions and spread the event through the entirety of August to help allow for social distancing in galleries.
