Drew Rosenhaus says he doesn’t have intel on the situation, but he, like many, thinks it’s likely that we’ve seen the last of Aaron Rodgers in Green Bay.

We’re in the midst of the all too familiar dance of Rodgers and the Packers pondering a split. Green Bay has a young quarterback waiting to take over in Jordan Love, but Rodgers is under contract and ultimately calls some of the shots in this situation. It’s possible he returns to the Packers, but he also could demand a trade elsewhere or retire.

Rosenhaus, a longtime NFL agent, told “The Joe Rose Show” he thinks Rodgers is a goner.

“I don’t think (he returns). I think they’re ready to go to Jordan Love, I think they’ve had enough of the drama year after year. I think they’re just ready to move on as a franchise," Rosenhaus said. "I doubt Aaron Rodgers comes back. That’s pure speculation. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Rodgers land in New York, land with the Raiders.

“I do think he comes back to play. He’s still too good to not play. I think he’s still in his prime and he could probably command maybe as much as $50 million, so that’s kind of hard to walk away from.”

New York and Las Vegas have widely been considered the most likely landing spots for him. Going to Vegas would reunite Rodgers with Davante Adams, but the Jets have a more complete roster.

This decision is on hold though until Rodgers emerges from the darkness and declares what he wants to do next.
